Intimacy Therapy 

Intimacy therapy addresses sexual concerns by honoring the deep connection between mind, body, emotions, and relationships. Challenges such as low libido, sexual pain, performance anxiety, or difficulties with intimacy are approached with both clinical insight and deep sensitivity. Therapy explores the many factors that can influence sexual well-being—including trauma, stress, hormonal shifts, mental health, and relational dynamics.

This work combines evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques with holistic tools such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, hormone-informed care, and relationship support. The goal is to foster healing, expand capacity for pleasure, and support authentic, connected intimacy.
